Refund Policy

Full refund of your first payment within 14 days, no questions asked.

Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to one or Paddle, as Merchant of Record, chooses to issue one.

Top-up purchases ($10 one-time, 4,000 renders) are fully refundable only if completely unused and requested within 14 days of purchase. Partially used top-ups are not refundable, except where the law or Paddle's buyer terms require otherwise.

You can cancel your plan at any time.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record; refunds are issued through Paddle.
