Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-30.

Who we are

ogmake is operated by GUINEA PIG SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INC., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada ("ogmake", "we", "us"). These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

What ogmake is

ogmake generates Open Graph preview images. The free generator at /generate is live today, with no signup required. Paid API plans are open for signup at /login.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ogmake.

Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable use

You may not use ogmake to generate, store, or serve images that: are unlawful, infringe someone else's intellectual property or other rights, contain malware or content designed to deceive or phish (including impersonating a real person, brand, or organization), depict child sexual abuse material, or otherwise violate Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to everything sold through our checkout. You're responsible for the content of every image your account generates, including through a public, unsigned URL you've enabled.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and API access, without notice, for a violation of the acceptable use section above or for activity that abuses or threatens the service (for example, attempting to bypass rate limits or quotas, or overwhelming the service with automated traffic). Where practical we'll email you at your account address explaining why. You may cancel your own account at any time by writing to support@ogmake.com.

Reporting abuse

If you believe an image generated through ogmake violates the acceptable use section above, report it to support@ogmake.com with the image URL or enough detail for us to locate it. We'll investigate and take action, which may include removing the image and suspending the account that generated it.

Data processing

Our Data Processing Addendum and sub-processor list are part of these terms.
